Dixons Carphone

Solutions was commissioned by Dixons Carphone Loss Prevention team to create a key piece of interactive training software to help with instore training and security.

The project brief was received in early April with pre production moving swiftly into filming over summer 2016 comprising of two different drama shoots, contributor interviews and interactive software development by the Solutions web development team.

The drama shoots were filmed out of hours on location, requiring an experienced and knowledgeable production team with great attention to detail as the dramatic reconstruction needed to be high impact and realistic.

Dixons Carphone were a fantastic client to work with; open minded and quick in their responses and with a clear brief for the Solutions team to work to.

The training software was delivered to the client on time in October 2016.
